Cruising on the Pride of the Susquehanna is a great venue for any event. It is perfect for weddings, receptions, family reunions, graduation celebrations, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, or any sort of private bash! Enjoy our beautiful mahogany and brass main salon or proceed up to the partially covered observation deck for a lovely sunset or spectacular view the Harrisburg city skyline.
Charter Rates
The Pride can be chartered for $475.00 per hour with a two hour minimum. Charters are available most evenings, May through October, and Saturday mornings.
Full Bar
The Pride has a liquor license and can provide a full bar for your event. The fee to have a bar for your event is $50.00 per hour . You may choose a cash, hosted or combination bar. You may also make special request through the Pride offices for any brand of beer, wine, champagne or spirits available in Pennsylvania. No outside alcohol is permitted on the boat, nor can any alcohol leave the boat at the end of a cruise.

The Pride has two caterers to choose from, both exceptional and very well known on the Pride and in Harrisburg and the surrounding region.

(No outside food is permitted on the Pride during a charter, although non-profit organizations chartering the Pride may choose to bring food aboard for fund raisers)
Entertainment
The Pride also works with excellent entertainers, and can put you in touch with disc jockeys, live entertainers, and event entertainment (casino nights, murder mystery cruises)
Capacity
We want to make sure everyone enjoys their cruise, so we suggest the following number depending on your event.
Full sit down meal: 70-80
Hors D'oeuvres: 80-95
Cruising with snacks and drinks: 95*
*Capacity may change per the USCG

A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is due upon receiving the charter contract with the balance and $100.00 cleaning deposit due 30 days before the event. Charters sail rain or shine.
